- Yes, Version 4.0 doesn't support Windows 3.1 anymore. But the version 4.0
- package does come with 1.52c edition just in case you need a 16-bit
- version of something. And remember, I would always get the professional
- edition, unless you don't mind being practically stuck in QuickWin
- programs.
