  13. Yes, Version 4.0 doesn't support Windows 3.1 anymore.  But the version 4.0
  14. package does come with 1.52c edition just in case you need a 16-bit
  15. version of something.  And remember, I would always get the professional
  16. edition, unless you don't mind being practically stuck in QuickWin
  17. programs.
